CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-200 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4771, VINTAGE HILLS, UNIT 12, CHAMBERLAIN <br />GROUP <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 4771, Vintage Hills, Unit 12, Chamberlain <br />Group have been submitted and checked by the <br />Engineering staff and the necessary inspection <br />fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of May 24, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br /> for Tract 4771, Vintage Hills, Unit 12, Chamberlain <br /> Group are hereby approved and accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br /> execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4771, <br /> Vintage Hills, Unit 12, Chamberlain Group, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 24, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> A~EST: <br />~J~mes R.'Wa~~y Clerk <br /> ~By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> AP/PROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />BUTLER, MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />
