Box 520 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br />DEFERRED STREET IMPROVEmeNT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEE,tNT is made and entered into on the ~ day of <br /> ~[~ ~ , 1983, by and between Proficient Food Company <br /> <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Property Owner") and the CITY OF <br /> <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />"City"). The City and Property Owner agree as set forth below. <br /> <br />I. RECITALS <br /> <br />THIS AGREEbENT is made with reference to the following facts <br /> <br />and objectives: <br /> <br /> 1. Property Owner is the owner of real property in the <br />City of Pleasanton described in Exhibit "A", attached to this <br />agreement and m~de a part of it by this reference, which consists <br />generally of an approximately 11.34 scre site located south of <br />Sonoma Drive on Sunol Boulevard. <br /> <br /> 2. Property Owner has applied for and received City approval <br />to construct an addition to the existing warehouse structure and <br />build a free-standing truck maintenance facility consisting of <br />21,000 sq. ft, and 5,000 sq. ft. respectively on the subject site. <br /> <br /> 3. Sunol Boulevard is essentially a road designed to rural <br />standards which does not meet City street standards but is planned <br />to be improved as properties develop along the street. <br /> <br /> 4. As a condition of design review approval, the Property <br />Owner is required to improve Sunol Boulevard to City skandards, <br />said condition being a normal City requirement and agreed to by <br />the Property Owner. <br /> <br /> <br />
