The improvements to be constructed at the intersection <br /> <br />of Hopyard Road and Johnson Drive will be~:efjt the development <br />of Hacienda Business Park, and such improvements are contemplated <br />by the parties to be within the scope of the parpose for <br />which the North Pleasanton Assessment District will be <br />formed and will be a portion of the major improvements to be <br />financed by the North Pleasanton Assessment District. <br /> <br /> E.
