Certain roadway improvements at the intersection <br /> <br />of Hopyard Road and Johnson Drive (to be renamed "Owens Drive") <br />have been approved by City, and Hacienda has agreed to <br />construct tbcse improvements in advance of the formation of <br /> <br />the North P].easantou Assessment District (Street Improvement <br /> <br />Agreement Hopyard Road, Owens Drive, and Ovgens Court <br /> <br />Improvements, dated September 28, 1982), said construction <br />beiug re~]uired as soon as practical in order to minimize <br /> <br /> <br />
