issued to Ponderosa by the Dublin-San Ramon Sewer District <br />pursuant to the 1972 Settlement Agreement for utilization in <br />the development of Parcel A in accordance with the schedule <br />described hereinbelow. All the terms and conditions of the Long-Term <br />Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as to each <br />parcel except as explicitly provided herein. <br /> <br />4. It is recognized and agreed by the parties that the <br />original Long-Term Agreement assumed the existence of 863 <br />purchased sewer permits by Ponderosa, whereas the correct <br />number was 860.
