WHEREAS, City and Developer wish to enter into a long- <br /> term agreement in order to achieve the benefits of the <br /> <br />Project to City and its residents while maintaining conformity <br />with the City's General Plan growth policies; <br /> <br /> ~ NOW, THEREFORE, City and Developer hereby agree as <br />follows: <br /> <br />I. GROWTH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL <br /> <br /> A. City hereby grants growth management approval to <br /> <br />the Project for development according to the following <br /> <br />schedule: <br /> <br />1982 25 units <br />1983 75 units <br />1984 150 units <br />1985 150 units <br />1986-1989 463 units* <br />Total 863 units <br /> <br /> *Actual scheduling of units from 1986-1989 to be reviewed <br /> in 1985 with buildout to take place in approximately <br /> equal increments. <br /> <br /> B. Wtihin the area shown on Exhibit A, this agreement <br />shall be the sole authority for any development pursuant to <br />the Growth Management Program. <br /> <br />II. DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS <br /> <br /> A. Zoning and Subdivision <br /> <br /> 1o Any and all necessary subdivision maps, rezoning <br /> <br /> proposals, or general plan amendments, if required, <br /> <br /> must be processed in accordance with normal City procedures <br /> and State law.
