(1) A deed of trust dated October 1, 1980, anD <br />recorded on October 3, 1980, under Recorder's <br />Serial No. 80/1722725, for which the beneficiary <br />is Willow West Properties, a partnership. This <br />deed of trust affects Lot Nos. 1, 5-8, 12, 13, <br />23-25, 27 and 35. <br /> <br />(2) A deed of trust dated August 11, 1982, and <br />recorded on August 13, 1982, under Recorder's <br />Serial No. 82/123020, for which the beneficiary <br />is Union Bank, a California corporation. 'This <br />deed of trust affects Lot Nos. 2-4, 16, 17, 28, <br />30, 34 and 37. <br /> <br /> C. That Owners have the complete and unencumbered <br />ownership of the Improvements free of mechanics' and <br />materialmen's liens, or other claims of any kind, and have the <br />power to convey to the City clear title to the Improvements. <br /> <br /> D. That the Owners have no knowledge of <br /> <br />or proceeding challenging the Owners' respective title <br />Hacienda or to the Improvements. <br /> <br />any claim <br /> <br />to <br /> <br /> 9. VALUE OF ASSESSED LANDS.
