ASSESSMENT. The Owners hereby consent to'the levy <br />of special assessments against their respective parcels of land <br />in Assessment District NO. 1983-2 in the amounts shown in <br /> <br />agreement and in total as follows: <br />to Prudential parcels: $36,753,663.00 <br /> <br />Appendix B.to this <br /> Assessed <br /> <br /> Assessed to CPP parcels: $9,021,337.00 <br /> <br /> 7. OWNERS' WAIVERS. The Owners hereby waive the <br />right to contest the levy of these assessments, or their <br />amounts, in any judicial proceeding, and ~urther waive their <br />right to pay these assessments or any part of them in cash <br />within thirty (30) days after recordation of the assessments. <br /> <br /> 8.
