P~ESOLUTION NO. 83-169 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ACQUISITION AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1983-2 <br /> HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />resolves: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> As a part of the proceedings for improvements in <br />Assessment District No. 1983-2, Hacienda Business Park, <br />this Council approves that certain agreement between the <br />City of Pleasanton and The Prudential Insurance Company of <br />America, a New Jersey corporation, and Callahan-Pentz <br />Properties, Pleasanton, a California general partnership, <br />dated April 26, 1983, and attached to this resolution. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and <br />the City Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution <br />was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a <br />regular meeting thereof, held on the 26th day of April, <br />1983. <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers None <br /> <br />JAF~S R.
