That all conditions of Ordinance No. 1004 <br />shall be complied with except for the followinR <br />changes: <br /> <br />Condition No. 4 requiring garage door openers <br />is deleted, however, garaEes are to be <br />constructed rather than the Proposed carports. <br /> <br />Condition No. 5 is amended to require City <br />approval of CC&Rs prior to final map approval <br />rather than issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />Condition No. 30 is amended to aIlow staff <br />approval of an alternate design for fencing <br />along the southern boundary of the project. <br /> <br />That the project shall be maintained as rental <br />housing with units not to be individually sold <br />for a period of five years, said period to <br />commence June 1, 1983. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 26, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />NOES <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br /> -~ ROB YOR <br /> <br /> 7ames R.
