CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-160 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL OF CITY COUNCIL TO A <br />ZO~IING ADMINISTPAT~R DECISION APPROVING MINOR <br />MODIFICATIONS TO PUD-81-20, BREILH HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />Breilh Homes made application for minor modifications <br />to PUD-81-20, including reduction of the number of <br />bedrooms in the project so that each unit would <br />consist of two bedrooms, addition of a swinnning <br />pool and spa to the site, minor architectural <br />changes, inclusion of refuse enclosures, a slight <br />change in the delineation of emergency access and <br />conversion of all parking structures on the site <br />from garages to carports; and <br /> <br />WI~iEREAS <br /> <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton, the Zoning Administrator <br />approved the minor modification; and <br /> <br />~EREAS <br /> <br />within the time allowed for appeal, the City <br />Council appealed the decision of the Zoning Admin- <br />istrator; and <br /> <br />~EREAS, <br /> <br />the PlanninE Commission reviewed the minor modifica- <br />tions and adopted Resolution No. 2294 recommending <br />denial of the aPPeal and aPProval of the minor <br />modifications with certain minor changes and subject <br />to conditions; and <br /> <br />~tEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed Dublic hearing was held on April <br />1983, at which time the Council heard testimony <br />from the applicant, staff and the public; <br /> <br />61 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Denies the appeal of the Council to the decision <br /> of the Zoning Administrator and approves the minor <br /> modification to an approved development plan for a <br /> 32-unit townhouse project proposed for the approxi- <br /> mately two acre site located on the south side of <br /> Palomino Drive between Pico Avenue and Concord <br /> Street, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown <br />on the revised development plan, Exhibit A, <br />dated 3/1/83, on file with the Plannin~ Division. <br /> <br /> <br />
