Jones and Shell shall cooperate <br />with each other and take whatever actions are necessary to <br />accomplish the goals of this agreement. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE 6 <br /> <br /> GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br /> 6.1 Amendment and Cancellation. This agreement <br />may be amended or cancelled only by the written consent of <br />all parties. <br /> <br /> 6.2 Duration. The easements, covenants and <br />restrictions hereunder shall create mutual benefits and <br />servitudes upon the parcels subject to this agreement run- <br />ning with the land in perpetuity unless amended or termi- <br />nated as provided in Section 6.1. This agreement shall bind <br />and inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by the <br />respective assigns and successors of the parties. <br /> <br /> 6.3 Merger, All negotiations and agreements <br />heretofore had by and between the parties hereto and their <br />agents with respect to this transaction, including the <br />Temporary Easement Agreement between Shell and Hacienda <br />dated ~/~ /~/~r_~, are merged into this agreement which <br />completely sets forth the obligations of the parties. <br /> <br /> 6.4 Captions.
