Hacienda, the City and <br />Shell shall utilize the easements to be granted or reserved <br />herein cooperatively and in such a manner that will not <br />unreasonably hinder or impede any other party hereto in such <br />party's respective use and enjoyment of the same. <br /> <br /> 5.2 Subdivision or Parcel Map. The parties shall <br />cooperate with each other and take whatever actions are <br />necessary to process one or more final subdivision or parcel <br />maps and obtain all other governmental consents, approvals <br />and permits required to create legal parcels substantially <br />as described in the exhibits hereto, at no out-of-pocket <br />expense to Shell, Jones or the City, and, notwithstanding <br />the descriptions of the parcels contained herein, the convey- <br />ances contemplated herein shall be conveyances of legal <br />parcels as described on the final subdivision or parcel map. <br />If the foregoing can be accomplished by means of a lot line <br />adjustment, the parties shall cooperate with each other to <br />do so. <br /> <br /> <br />
