For those services described under Section l,A, maximum compensation will be the lump sum of Twenty Eight Thousand dollars Compensation for Section l.B shall be based on a percentage of ~,ctua] construction cost~ ranging from 7.00% for $.509,000 of construction cost to 6.22% for $J,000,000 o~ construction cost, prorated proportionally for costs within the rang% plus a fixed sum o~ $l,800 to cover the cost of print]ng the first fifty (~0) sets of Plans and Specifications. For the services described under Section I.C.I, compensation shall be one and one-hal~ percent (1-1/2%) of construction cost. Comper[~ation for services described under Section I.C.2 and I.C.3 shall be included within the compensation provided for Section 1.B services. For services described under Section I.D~ compensation shall be on a time- and-materials basis according to the hourly rate schedule attached as "EXHIBIT A". The CONSULTANT shall provide all necessary sub-consultants to complete the work tinder Section I.A, B, C and D as part of Fee Proposal given above. Cost of Construction shall be construed to mean either (1} final cost paid to contractor, or (2) total cost indicated by an awarded construction contracL or (3) most up-to-date estimate oi construction cost based upon completed plans (listed in order oi preference). Final Faymerit of fee shall be based upon actual final construction cost for constructhal work including Change Orders, and on CONSULTANT'5 most up-to-date and approved cost estimate ior work designed but nat constructed. Reproduction Reimbursement CITY ag~rees to reimburse CONSULTANT for reproduction of brochures, blueprints, mylars, negatives, specifications, or other materials that are necessary for the production of the contract documents for the PRO3ECT with the e×ception that CONSULTANT shall pay for the reproduc-tion of fifty cornp,'.ete sets of contract documents x~or the PRO:IECT for bidding purposes.
