CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEAS~ITON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-145 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PLEASANTON SPORTS AND RECREATION PARK, PHASE IV, PROJECT NO. 83-2, AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS ~D APPROVING ZONE 7 AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report dated April 6, 1983, advised the City Council that plans and specifications had been completed for the Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park, Phase IV, Project No. 83-2, and that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 12, 1983, the City Council reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and Utilities relating to the project; and WHEREAS, a draft agreement has been prepared regarding Zone 7 well field improvements in conjunction with the Sports Park improvement and Dresented to Council for their review; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park, Phase IV, Project No. 83-2. Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. Section 3: Approves the agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Zone 7 regarding well field improvements and authorizes the Mayor to execute said agreement. (copy attached) Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
