b. The construction of a domestic water main, <br />services and appurtenances in Valley Avenue from Paseo <br />Santa Cruz southerly approximately 1,000 feet to the <br />southerly terminus of existing Valley Avenue. <br /> <br /> E. The partial improvement and widening of <br />Valley A~enue from Hansen Drive to Paseo Santa Cruz by <br />means of clearing; grubbing; demoliton; grading; <br />ditching; the construction of pavement; pavement <br />transitions; base rock; survey monuments; street and <br />traffic signs and striping; curb and gutter; sidewalk <br />and appurtenances; and electroliers. <br /> <br /> F. Landscaping along the south side of the <br />Arroyo Del Valle from Freeway 680 easterly to Valley <br />Avenue including clearing; grubbing; and the <br />construction of landscape mounds and tree planting. <br /> <br /> G. The acquisition of capacity rights in <br />existing sanitary sewer treatment and collection <br />facilities. <br /> <br /> H. The acquisition of all necessary interests in <br />real property necessary for the above-described <br />construction and the acquisition and/or performing of <br />all work auxiliary to any of the above and necessary <br />to complete the same; together with the payment of all <br />appropriate incidental expenses of the project. <br /> <br />This Council finds that the land specially benefited <br /> <br />by the improvement is shown within the boundaries of the map <br /> <br />entitled, "Proposed Boundaries of Assessment District 1982-5, <br /> <br />Fromm Business Park, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br /> <br />California." This map has been approved by the City Council and <br /> <br />is now on file with the City Clerk. The land within the <br /> <br />exterior boundaries shown on the map shall be designated <br /> <br />Assessment District No. 1982-5, Fromm Business Park, City of <br /> <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California° <br /> <br />This Council intends to levy a special assessment upon <br /> <br />the land within the described district in accordance with the <br /> <br />special benefit to be received by each parcel of land, <br /> <br />respectively, from the improvement.
