RESOLUTION NO. 83-67 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENT IN <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-5, FROMM BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br />This Council intends to order the following <br /> <br />improvement under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act <br /> <br />of 1913: <br /> <br /> A. The construction of Valley Avenue commencing <br />at its existing southerly terminus at the northerly <br />side of the Arroyo Del Valle; thence extending in a <br />southerly direction approximately 2,500 feet generally <br />along the easterly boundary of the Fromm Business Park <br />property (as said property is shown on Amended Parcel <br />Map 3667) to Bernal Avenue by means of clearing; <br />grubbing; demolition; grading; well abandonment; <br />ditching; and the construction of pavement; base rock; <br />survey monuments; street and traffic signs, striping, <br />and signals; bridge; well reconstruction; curb and <br />gutter; sidewalk; bus stops and shelters; a storm <br />drainage system and appurtenances; a domestic water <br />system and appurtenances, including a water storage <br />tank, fire hydrants and se{vices; an underground <br />electric, gas, telephone and cable television system <br />and appurtenances; street lights; and landscaping and <br />irrigation and appurtenances. <br /> <br /> B. The improvement and widening of Bernal Avenue <br />from Freeway 680 easterly to its intersection with <br />Valley Avenue by means of clearing; grubbing; <br />demolition; grading; ditching; and the construction of <br />pavement; base rock, pavement overlay, pavement <br />conforms, and transitions; median construction; survey <br />monuments; street and traffic signs and striping; <br />landscaping and irrigation; curb and gutter; a storm <br />drainage system and appurtenances; a domestic water <br />system and appurtenances, including fire hydrants; <br />street lights; undergrounding of existing overhead <br />utility lines; and underground electric, gas, <br />telephone and cable television system and <br />appurtenances; traffic signals; and landscaping and <br />irrigation and appurtenances. <br /> <br /> C.
