AGREEMENT AMENDING M_~Y 30, 1978 AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~'~J day of <br />~ .~z~ , 1983, by and between the CITY OF PLEAS&NTON, a <br />m~ijipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "City"), <br />and DUBLIN SAN RY~MON SERVICES DISTRICT, a public agency <br />(hereinafter referred to as "District"). <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> WHEPZAS, the November 8, 1972 a~reement between the subject <br />parties provided guidelines for allotting sewer capacity to <br />residential connections (at paragraph 6); and <br /> <br /> I,~EREAS, the May 30, 1978 agreement between the subject <br />parties adopted the 1972 guidelines as part of the definition <br />of "Permissible Flow" on page 5 of that agreement; and, <br /> <br /> II~EREAS, the December 1981 Water Conservation Study prepared <br />by Brown and Cal~ell, Consulting EnKineers, from Walnut Creek, <br />California, found that water use for housing units built since <br />1979 with water saving appliances as required by Title 24 of <br />the California Administrative Code use 220 gallons per day <br /> <br /> dry weather flow, "a.d.w.f.") for a new singl~-family <br /> 145 gallons per day (a.d.wof.) for a new apartment <br /> <br />(average <br />home and <br />unit. <br /> <br /> NOW, <br /> <br /> THEREFOPGE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
