"1) <br /> <br />Meet all requirements with respect to quality, <br />characteristics, and prohibited substances <br />contained in District's Sewer Use Ordinance, <br />the Pretreatment Program, and applicable regulations, <br />as they may exist from time to time; and <br /> <br />"2) <br /> <br /> Not contain undissociated hydrogen sulfide to the <br />extent that odor nuisance or damge to sewers and <br />other structures occurs in the sewerage system. <br />Each party shall be solely responsible for and <br />shall'bear the cost of any special facilities <br />or treatment required to overcome problems due <br />to excessive hydrogen sulfide demonstrated to be <br />contributed from their respective collection systems." <br /> <br />4.
