P.S.E. along the street frontage of all lots' <br />on Laramie Gate Circle. <br /> <br />That the developer dgdicate Parcel A to the City, <br />in fee, for access and public utility and park <br />purposes. <br /> <br />That the developer design the 8 ft. masonry wall <br />~long Parcel A to provide for an access opening and <br />vehicle-motorcycle barricade to the satisfaction of <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />That approval of the design for the line, grade, and <br />structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development be withheld pending final design and review <br />by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />That the developer secure approval from the Planning <br />Director for all proposed street names prior to submittal <br />of the final xrap. <br /> <br />That vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters be constructed <br />within this development unless otherwise approved by <br />the City Engineer and ~haF. the curb and gutter be <br />poured monolithically ~,~ith the sidewalk ~.~hen the <br />sidewalk is adjacent. <br /> <br />That a detailed grading and drainage plan and all <br />supporting information and design criteria be <br />submitted as part of tNe in~puovement plans for the <br />development. <br /> <br />That the r.~iniNuiu grade for gutSnat-flo~..~l. ines in <br />public streets bu set at 0.50% unless other~.~ise <br />approved by the City ]l~cjineer. <br /> <br />That all existing ~Qerls, septic tanks or holdiP-g <br />tanks on the sito be properly sealed, filled and <br />abandoned prior to t, hc start of grading operations <br />unless Zone 7 retains specific wells for'observation <br />wells, or special approval is obtained from the City <br />Engineer for temporary use of an existing well for <br />construction water. <br /> <br /> <br />
