That the developer dedicate, in fee, to the City for street right-of-way purposes those parcels of land intended to be public streets and shown on the 'tentative map as Laramie Gate Circle. That the developer dedicate a grant of easement to the City over those parcels shown on the tentative map as public service easements (P.S.E.) and an 8 ft. P.S.E. along the street frontage of all lots' on Laramie Gate Circle. That the developer dgdicate Parcel A to the City, in fee, for access and public utility and park purposes. That the developer design the 8 ft. masonry wall ~long Parcel A to provide for an access opening and vehicle-motorcycle barricade to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. That approval of the design for the line, grade, and structural sections for the streets serving this development be withheld pending final design and review by the City Engineer. That the developer secure approval from the Planning Director for all proposed street names prior to submittal of the final xrap. That vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters be constructed within this development unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer and ~haF. the curb and gutter be poured monolithically ~,~ith the sidewalk ~.~hen the sidewalk is adjacent. That a detailed grading and drainage plan and all supporting information and design criteria be submitted as part of tNe in~puovement plans for the development.
