CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-27 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT <br />4827, CHANG SU-O LIN, FOR A FINAL ONE YEAR <br />PERIOD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Tentative Map for Tract 4827 was approved on <br />March 12, 1981 and pursuant to the Ordinance Code <br />a final subdivision map must be approved within one <br />year from the date of approving the Tentative Map; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 9, 1982, the City Council granted a one <br /> year extension of the Tentative Map; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State Subdivision Map Act allows tentative map <br /> extensions of up to two years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the property owner, Chang Su-O Lin, is still not in <br />a position to file a final map and for this reason <br />has requested another one year extension; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Cormnission considered this application <br />on January 12, 1983 and recommended the final one <br />year extension be granted subject to certain conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The Tentative Map for Tract 4827, Chang Su-O Lin, <br />is extended for one final year, subject to all the <br />conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br />a part hereof by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 25, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers, Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br /> <br />NOES: Councilmember Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None RT~. <br /> TEST: ~'~/' <br />~'~J~Wa k y Clej~4 <br />~ames R. er, <br /> <br />Peter D.
