CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-08 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGP~EMENT WITH THE STATE <br />OF CALIFORNIA (CALTRANS) RE CONST~JCTION OF <br />OVERCROSSING AT WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and the State of California <br /> (Caltrans) for construction of a Vehicular-Bicycle- <br /> Pedestrian overcrossing structure and approach <br /> roadway on State Highway Route 680 at West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard (Modification No. 1), a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS PZSOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 11, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr and Mayor Butler <br />None <br />Councilmember Wood <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None ~E~.BUTL~EER,~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> ROBE YOR <br /> <br />Uames R.
