CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-592 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF INVESTMENT POLICIES AND GUIDELINES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 27, 1984, the Assistant City <br />Manager presented a report (SR 84:629) describing the <br />investment policies and guidelines used by the staff of <br />the City of Pleasanton as outlined in Section 53600 of <br />the Government Code and required by AB 1073, Chapter <br />1226, 1984 Statutes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council hereby approves the Investment <br />Policies and Guidelines, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 27, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, <br />None <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br /> <br />~James R.
