NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the recitals and mutual <br />promises contained herein, City and Consultant agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. ~!~_~yment of Consultant <br /> <br /> City agrees to employ Consultant and Consultant agrees <br /> <br />to perform consultant services for City in accordance with <br />provisions hereinafter contained in the Agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. Scope of Work <br /> <br /> Consultant shall undertake and complete the additional <br /> <br />transit studys, in a manner satisfactory to City, as set forth in <br />the scope of work attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br /> 3. Work Products <br /> <br /> Consultant shall prepare reports, as described in the <br /> <br />Exhibit A. Reports shall be delivered to the City of Pleasanton <br />Civic Center. The number of copies of any required report, <br />whether draft or final, shall be determined by the City at least <br />one week prior to the date of submission of that particular <br />required report; however, in no event shall the number of copies <br />exceed twenty-five (25) without the approval of Consultant. <br /> <br /> 4. Work Schedule <br /> <br /> Consultant shall promptly undertake, diligently pursue, <br /> <br />and complete the additional transit study in a timely manner. <br />Said transit study shall be completed within sixty (60) days of <br />the execution date of this agreement. Time is of the essence in <br /> <br />this agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
