CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-556 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH <br />SENTE ASSOCIATES SEVEN AND VALLEY BUSINESS ASSOCIATES <br />FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS OF A PUC APPLICATION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the second amendment to the <br /> agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Sente <br /> Associates Seven and Valley Business Associates, <br /> regarding reimbursement of costs of the application to <br /> the PUC for the Valley Avenue extension, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 30, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None C~T~R.~~MR~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Peter D.
