Reservation and Use of P. G. & E. Easement. The City <br /> <br />shall reserve an easement for P. G. & E. 's gas line which cur- <br />rently lies within an existing PSE lying along the northerly <br />boundary of the Property. The gas line easement is described in <br />Exhibit F and shown on Exhibit F-1. This easement shall be for <br />the operation, use, maintenance, and/or replacement of subsurface <br />P. G. & E. gas line facilities. Shepherd shall have the right to <br />use the easement area for all uses normally allowed within public <br />service easements,, including installation and maintenance of <br />landscaping, curbs and gutters, parking facilities, and such <br />other purposes which do not interfere with the use of the ease- <br />ment by P. G. & E. <br /> <br /> 4. Construction of Improvements. The City shall construct <br />the realigned Pimlico Drive and related improvements as shown on <br /> <br />the Improvement lnqans for Pimlico Drive (the "Plans" prepared by <br />Bissell & Karn, Inc., revision dated 9-/~ (the "Im- <br /> <br />provements"). The Improvements shall specifically include provi- <br />sion of sanitary sewer and water service laterals to serve the <br />Reconstituted Property. Upon completion of the Improvements, the <br />City shall remove the street surface of Pimlico Drive which is to <br />be vacated and other debris and extraneous materials resulting <br /> <br /> <br />
