Upon execution <br />of this Agreement, the City shall convey to <br />Shepherd by grant deed that portion of the vacated <br />Pimlico Drive described in Exhibit E and shown on <br />Exhibit E-l, containing approximately 0.196 acres. <br />Reservation of Access Easement. The City shall <br />retain an access easement over the northerly 20 <br />feet of the parcel to be conveyed to Shepherd as <br />described in Exhibit E and as shown on Exhibit E-l, <br />containing approximately 3,001 sq. ft., said ease- <br />ment being for the purpose of providing access to <br />the storm drainage culvert lying between the parcel <br />to be conveyed and 1-580.
