CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-548 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH AMADOR VALLEY <br />JOINT UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR EXCESS CITY FILE <br />CABINETS <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Amador Valley Joint Union <br /> High School District for the lease of ten (10) four <br /> drawer file cabinets which are surplus city property, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 30, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> None <br /> None <br /> None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />/ .~ ker, Cit~Cierk ~J '"' <br /> <br />APPROVEp~AS TO FO~M: <br /> <br />Peter L ' ~ ?f <br /> D.
