CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-541 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH LAND USE FOR DESIGN <br />OF THE REMAINDER OF AMADOR COMMUNITY PARK AND THE MASTER <br />PLANNING OF MCKINLEY PARK AND THE UNNAMED PARK AT TAWNY <br />AND BERNAL AVENUE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Land Use, regarding design of <br /> the remainder of Amador Community Park and the Master <br /> Planning of McKinley Park and the unnamed park at Tawny <br /> and Bernal Avenue, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 30, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Wood <br />Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None ~~TH~~R.
