II. DUTIES OF CITY <br /> <br />The CITY shall: <br /> <br />Furnish information available from CITY records and <br />services necessary to complete the PROJECT as follows: <br /> <br />Location of all known CITY utilities and under- <br />ground facilities. <br /> <br />Improvement plans indicating existing and pro- <br />posed conditions in areas adjacent to the PRO- <br />JECT, both public and private development. <br /> <br />Current Preliminary Title Report and updated <br />property description, including all kno~ ease- <br />ments and right-of-way dedications. <br /> <br />Additional cost of plans and specifications in <br />excess of 30 complete sets. <br /> <br />5. Advertise and award the Contract. <br /> <br />Soils investigation and report, if determined <br />to be needed. <br /> <br />Any other information or services not specifically <br />to be provided by CONSULTANT. <br /> <br />Furnish construction observation and inspection for <br />PROJECT. <br /> <br />Notify CONSULTANT in writing of any error, omission, <br />or defect the CITY observes in the PROJECT. <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
