AGP, EEblENT FOR LA:UDSCAPE ARC!!!TECTUPJ~L SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEIENT is made and entered into by and between She <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, hereinafter referred to as "CITY", and <br /> <br />AKA, INC., hereinafter referred to as "CONSULTANT". <br /> <br />57ITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> %~U~EREAS, CITY desires to contract for certain landscape <br />architectural services necessary for the design of the 7.9 <br />acre ]'Ioller Par]= , located at Foothill Road and Pleasant Ilill <br />Road in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />The work shall include design for grading, drainage, walkways, <br />planting%, irri~ation, rest rooms, Dlav areas, ~icnic facilities <br />landscape li2hting, utilities and all other features necessary <br />for the development of the Park, which for the purposes of <br />this Agreement shall be called the PROJECT, and, <br /> <br /> %GIEREAS, CONSULTANT is willing and qualified to do said <br />engineering and landscape architectural work. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises; <br />convenants and agreements herein set forth, the parties do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. DUTIES OF CONSULTANT <br /> <br />CONSULTANT'S professional services shall consist of the <br />following: <br /> <br />A. Master Plan and Preliminary Design Phase <br /> <br />Review program and goals with Staff. <br />Collect background information (on-site and <br />off-sile). <br /> <br /> <br />
