WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-527 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS TO THE <br />LAND USE/CIRCULATION ELEMENT FOR THE GENERAL PLAN <br />CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATIONS FOR VARIOUS AREAS <br />THROUGHOUT THE PLANNING AREA <br /> <br />requests for General Plan changes to the Land <br />Use/Circulation Element of the General Plan have been <br />made concerning various areas throughout the planning <br />area, including the following: <br /> <br />Request of Cynthia Ostle to change approximately <br />10,000 sq. ft. at 1734 Santa Rita Road from "Medium <br />Density Residential" to "Commercial and Offices;" <br />(GP-84-3); <br /> <br />Request of City of Pleasanton to change <br />approximately 17 acres at 5335 Sunol Boulevard and <br />the 20.5 acre City-owned parcel west of the <br />corporation yard from "Public and Institutional" <br />and "General and Limited Industrial" to "Public and <br />Institutional", "Parks and Recreation", and "High <br />Density Residential" (GP-84-6); <br /> <br />Request of Brentwood Holding Company to change 2.5 <br />acres on east side of Monaco Drive immediately <br />north of 44-90 Mission Drive from "Commercial and <br />Offices" to "High Density Residential" (GP-84-2); <br /> <br />Request of Chang Su-O Lin to change approximately <br />5.2 acres approximately 600 feet south of the <br />intersection of Kottinger Drive and Bernal Avenue <br />from "Low Density Residential" to Medium Density <br />Residential" (GP-84-7); <br /> <br />Request of Callahan-Pentz Properties and Valley <br />Memorial Hospital for an amendment to reconfigure <br />the land use designation of the approximately 62 <br />acre site located at the northwest corner of Santa <br />Rita Road and West Las Positas Boulevard and to <br />show a northwest/southeast trending thoroughfare in <br />that area (GP-84-13); <br /> <br />Request of Prudential Insurance Company to amend <br />the designation of the 0.647 acre site located at <br />the northwest corner of the intersection of Owens <br />Court and Owens Drive from "General and Limited <br />Industrial" to "Commercial and Offices" (GP-84-12); <br /> <br /> <br />
