Industrial" and "Public and <br />Institutional" to "High Density <br />Residential", "Parks and Recreation", and <br />"Public and Institutional", as shown on <br />Exhibit A of the Staff Report. <br /> <br />That an acoustical analysis shall be carried <br />out in conjunction with the design review of <br />buildings on the 10 acre senior housing <br />subject site to determine noise levels <br />generated by the Western Pacific rail lines <br />and methods for attenuating the noise if it <br />proves to be unacceptable. <br /> <br />Request of Brentwood Holding Company to change 2.5 <br />acres on east side of Monaco Drive immediately <br />north of 44-90 Mission Drive from "Commercial and <br />Offices" to "High Density Residential" (GP-84-2); <br /> <br />Request of Chang Su-O Lin to change approximately <br />5.2 acres approximately 600 feet south of the <br />intersection of Kottinger Drive and Bernal Avenue <br />from "Low Density Residential" to Medium Density <br />Residential" (GP-84-7), subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />That the 5.2 acre subject site which is the <br />subject of this General Plan Amendment shall <br />be as shown on the development plan for Case <br />PUD-84-5. <br /> <br />That approval of Case GP-84-7 is conditioned <br />upon the approval of Case PUD-84-5, and does <br />not become effective if that particular PUD is <br />not approved by the City. <br /> <br />Request of Callahan-Pentz Properties and Valley <br />Memorial Hospital for an amendment to reconfigure <br />the land use designation of the approximately 62 <br />acre site located at the northwest corner of Santa <br />Rita Road and West Las Positas Boulevard and to <br />show a northwest/southeast trending thoroughfare in <br />that area (GP-84-13), subject to the conditions on <br />the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Request of Prudential Insurance Company to amend <br />the designation of the 0.647 acre site located at <br />the northwest corner of the intersection of Owens <br />Court and Owens Drive from "General and Limited <br />Industrial" to "Commercial and Offices" (GP-84-12); <br /> <br />Request of Alameda County Flood Control, et al. to <br />amend the General Plan Land Use Element designation <br />of an approximately 3.3 acre site located at the <br />northeast corner of the intersection of Parkside <br />Drive and Hopyard Road from "Open Space" (Parks and <br /> <br />- 3 - <br /> <br /> <br />
