EXHIBIT A <br />PUD-81-30-21D <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the site <br />plan, elevations, landscape plan and grading plan, Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Department. <br /> <br />That approval of case PUD-81-30-21D includes the approval of <br />two free standing signs as shown on page 4 of Exhibit A. <br /> <br />That the driveway on the south side of this development shall <br />be constructed to the full thirty foot (30 ft.) width at the <br />time of construction of this development and that A.C. berm <br />be installed in-lieu of headerboard as an interim edge condition. <br /> <br />That approval of case PUD-81-30-21D is subject to all conditions <br />of approval of case MS-82-13 approving parcel map 3858. <br /> <br />That the development shall be subject to all conditions of <br />approval of Ordinance No. 1109 approving Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br />That the minimum width of all standard size parking spaces shall <br />be at least 8ft.8 in. <br /> <br />That this development is subject to all Standard Conditions of <br />Development, attached hereto and made part of this case by refer- <br />ence, except conditions 12, 29, 33, 3S, 46, 49, S0, S1 and S4. <br /> <br /> <br />
