CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-502 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF CALLAHAN PENTZ <br />PROPERTIES FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR TWO SINGLE-STORY <br />OFFICE BUILDINGS, APPROXIMATELY 24,800 SQ. FT. AND <br />33,450 SQ. FT., ON APPROXIMATELY 3.9 ACRES LOCATED ON THE <br />WEST SIDE OF WILLOW ROAD APPROXIMATELY 400 FEET NORTH <br />OF THE INTERSECTION OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD AND <br />WILLOW ROAD <br /> <br />WHE RE AS, <br /> <br />Callahan Pentz Properties has applied for design approval <br />for two single-story office buildings, approximately <br />24,800 sq. ft. and 33,450 sq. ft., to be located on.a <br />3.9 acre site located on the west side of Willow Road <br />approximately 400 feet north of the intersection of West <br />Las Positas Boulevard and Willow Road; and <br /> <br />~VHEREAS, <br /> <br />an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br />development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) including <br />the typical architectural and site designs for individual <br />lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new infor- <br />mation requiring additional environmental review; therefore, <br />this application does not constitute a new project under <br />CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this <br />application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on October 2, 1984 and testimony <br />taken concerning the proposed project including its design, <br />cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General <br />Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent <br /> with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Callaban Pentz Properties for <br /> design approval for two single-story office buildings, <br /> approximately 24,800 sq. ft. and 33,450 sq. ft., to be <br /> located on approximately 3.9 acres located on the west side <br /> of Willow Road approximately 400 feet north of the inter- <br /> section of West Las Positas Boulevard and Willow Road, <br /> subject to the conditions listed on Exhibit A, attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 2, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
