EXHIBIT A <br />PUD-81-30-19D <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the site <br />plan, elevations, landscape plan and grading plan~ Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Department. <br /> <br />That approval of this case includes approval of the two signs <br />shown on Exhibit A, but that the location of the sign on Willow <br />Road shall be adjusted to provide vehicle clearance satisfactory <br />to the City Engineer. <br /> <br />That approval of case PUD-81-30-19D is subject to all conditions <br />of approval of case MS-82-13, approving parcel map 3858. <br /> <br />That the development shall be subject to all conditions of approval <br />of Ordinance No. 1109 approving Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br />That all parking and landscaping shown on Exhibit A shall be <br />included with the construction of the Phase I building. <br /> <br />That the sidewalk location along the Willow Road frontage of the <br />subject property shall be adjusted to avoid conflicts with the <br />existing utility vaults and manholes. <br /> <br />That the site development plans required to be submitted to and <br />approved by the City Engineer shall be at a scale of one inch equals <br />twenty feet (1"=20') and shall be prepared on 24" by 36" reproducible <br />sheets, unless specifically approved otherwise by the City Engineer <br />in writing. <br /> <br />That this development is subject to all Standard Conditions of <br />Development, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference <br />except conditions 12, 29, 33, 35, 46, 49, 50 and 51. <br /> <br /> <br />
