EXHIBIT A PUD-81-30-19D III That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan, elevations, landscape plan and grading plan~ Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. That approval of this case includes approval of the two signs shown on Exhibit A, but that the location of the sign on Willow Road shall be adjusted to provide vehicle clearance satisfactory to the City Engineer. That approval of case PUD-81-30-19D is subject to all conditions of approval of case MS-82-13, approving parcel map 3858. That the development shall be subject to all conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 approving Hacienda Business Park. That all parking and landscaping shown on Exhibit A shall be included with the construction of the Phase I building. That the sidewalk location along the Willow Road frontage of the subject property shall be adjusted to avoid conflicts with the existing utility vaults and manholes. That the site development plans required to be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer shall be at a scale of one inch equals twenty feet (1"=20') and shall be prepared on 24" by 36" reproducible sheets, unless specifically approved otherwise by the City Engineer in writing. That this development is subject to all Standard Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference except conditions 12, 29, 33, 35, 46, 49, 50 and 51.
