CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-501 RESOLUTION APPROVlNG APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A 45,000 SQ. FT. OFFICE BUILDING ON APPROXIMATELY 5.2 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF INGLEWOOD DRIVE AND WILLOW ROAD (PUD-81-30-19D) WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has applied for architectural and signage design review for a single-story, approximately 45,000 sq. ft.,office building on an approximately 5.2 acre site located at the northwest corner of the inter- section of Inglewood Drive and Willow Road; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 2, 1984 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Prudential Insurance Company for architectural and signage design review approval for an approximately 45,000 sq. ft. single-story office building on an approximately 5.2 acre site located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Inglewood Drive and Willow Road, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
