Excepting and reservi]mg therefrom, pursuant to the provisions of <br />Section 8340 of the Streets and Highways Code, the easement and <br />right at any time or [rom time to time to construct, maintain, <br />operate, replace, remove, renew and enlarge lines of pipe and <br />other convenient equipment and fixtures for the operation of <br />natural gas lines, including access to protect property from all <br />hazards in, upon, under and over a ten (10) foot wide non- <br />exclusive easement described as follows: <br /> <br />COMMENCING at the most northeastern corner of Parcel 1, of said parcel Map 4137; <br />'thence along the southern line of Pimlico Drive, said line also being the <br />northern ~ine of Parcel "A" of said Parcel Map 1873, North 89o22'00'' East, 68.60 <br />feet to a point on a curve concave to the south, havng a radius of 2464.24 feet, <br />and to which point a radial line bears North 0o38'00'' West; thence continuing <br />along said line easterly along said curve, 61.21 feet through a central angle of <br />l°25'23'' to the POINT OF BEGINNING of said Easement; thence leaving said curve, <br />North 87°36'10" East, 20.31 feet to a point on the northerly prolongation of the <br />western line of Brockton Drive; thence along said prolongation, South l°31'56'' <br />West, 10.01 feet; thence leaving said line, South 89o08'38'' West, 3.46 feet to a <br />point on a curve concave to the southwest, said curve having a radius of 20.00 <br />feet, and to which point a radial line bears North 57°20'53" East; thence along <br />said curve northerly and northwesterly an arc distance of 19.74 feet, through a <br />central angle of 56o33'30'', to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />CONTAINING 87.52 square feet, more or less; and <br /> <br />A 10 foot wide strip of land, the centerline of which is more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />COMMENCING at the most westerly corner of Parcel 1, said point being on the <br />southerly line of Pimlico Drive, and also on a curve concave to the northwest, <br />having a radius of 350.03 feet, and to which point a radial line bears South <br />33o48'06'' East; thence northeasterly along said southern line of Pimlico Drive, <br />through a central angle of 21o29'32'', an arc distance of 131.30 feet to the <br />beginning of a reverse curve, concave to the southeast, to which point a radial <br />line bears North 55o17'36'' West, said reverse curve having a radius of 250.00 <br />feet, through a central angle of 9052'22'', an arc distance of 43.08 feet to the <br />POINT OF BEGINNING of said gas main EASEMENT, and to said point, a radial line <br />bears North 65o09'58'' West; thence southwesterly along said centerline South <br />67°33'28" West, 61.42 feet; thence South 50°22'51'' West, 34.34 feet; thence <br />South 46o59'45'' West, 51.61 feet; thence South 50°27'18'' West, 34.33 feet to the <br />terminus of the centerline of the herein described Easement. Sidelines of said <br />Easement are to be lengthened or shortened to provide a uniform width of 10 <br />feet. <br /> <br />CONTAINING 1568.00 square feet, more or less. <br /> <br /> <br />
