<br />All that property situated in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State
<br />of California, more particularly described as follows:

<br />A portion of Pimlico Drive, as described in the Grant Deed to the City of
<br />Pleasanton, Recorded at Reel 2893, Image 616, Alameda County Recorder, more
<br />particularly described as follows:

<br />BEGINNING at the most southern corner of Parcel "B" as shown on Parcel Map No.
<br />3152 recorded in Book 116 of Maps, at page 53, Alameda County Records; thence
<br />along the northwestern line of Pimlico Drive, as shown on said map, said line
<br />also being the southeastern line of said Parcel "B", along a curve to the left
<br />beginning with a radial bearing of North 26o16'50'' West, having a radius of
<br />272.03 feet, through a central angle of 27040'30", an arc length of 131.40 feet
<br />to the beginning of a tangent curve to the right, to which point a radial line
<br />bears North 53°57'21'' West, said curve having a radius of 328.00 feet; thence
<br />northeasterly through a central angle of 38044'40", an arc distance of 221.80
<br />feet; thence leaving said line, along a line parallel to the southern line of
<br />Interstate 580, North 89°21'31" East, 365.26 feet; thence continuing along said
<br />line, along a curve to the left, having a radius of 2520.00 feet, through a
<br />central angle of 1°53'17", an arc length of 83.04 feet; thence leaving said
<br />line, South 1°31'56" West 76.37 feet to a point of cusp; thence along the
<br />southern line of said Pimlico Drive, said line also being the northern line of
<br />Parcel "A" as shown on Parcel Map 1873, Recorded in Book 91 of Maps, at Page 8,
<br />in said County Recorders Office along a tangent curve to the left to which a
<br />radial line bears South 88°28'04" East, having a radius of 20.00 feet, thru a
<br />central angle of 90°44'41" an arc length of 31.68 feet; to a point of compound
<br />curvature; thence continuing'along said line, along a curve to the left, having
<br />a radius of 2464.24 feet, through a central angle of l°25'23'', an arc length of
<br />61.21 feet; thence continuing along said line, and along the northern line of
<br />Parcel 1, as said parcel is shown on Parcel Map 4137 Recorded in Book 141 of
<br />Maps at Page 53, in said County Recorders Office; South 89o22'00'' West, 229.03
<br />feet; thence continuing along said line, along a tangent curve to the left,
<br />having a radius of 250.00 feet, through a central angle of 54o39'36'', an arc
<br />length of 238.50 feet, to a point of reverse curvature; thence along a tangent
<br />curve to the right, having a radius o~ 350.03 feet, through a central angle of
<br />20°[)8'2~)'', an arc distance of 123.03 feet; thence leaving said line, North
<br />62°28'03" West, 91.45 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
