EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, elevations, landscape plan, floor plans, and <br />grading plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br /> <br />That all fences facing Peters Avenue and Rose Avenue <br />shall be textured stucco matching the stucco proposed <br />for the main buildings on the site. <br /> <br />That the fence around the patio for unit 11 shall be a <br />maximum of 30 inches in height. <br /> <br />That the columns supporting the carports shall be wooden <br />beams or shall be veneered with wood. <br /> <br />That the railings surrounding the decks facing Peters <br />Avenue shall be wood lattice or shall appear to be wood <br />lattice. <br /> <br />That the two screening fences between the parking area <br />and Rose Avenue shall be a maximum of 30 inches in <br />height. <br /> <br />That the sidewalk on Rose Avenue be constructed at prop- <br />erty line unless otherwise approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />That the electrolier on Peters Avenue be relocated by <br />the developer if required by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />That this project shall be subject to al Standard Condi- <br />tions of Development, made part of this case by <br />reference, except conditions 21, 25, 29, 31, 33, 34, 35, <br />36, 46, 49 and 50. <br /> <br /> <br />
