1 <br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> April 21, 2009 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember <br /> Cook Kallio led in the Pledge of Allegiance and provided the introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Cook Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Fialho requested the April 6, 2009 minutes be continued to the next regular meeting <br /> on May 5, 2009. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved regular and special meeting minutes of March 3, 2009, special meeting minutes of <br /> February 17 and 24, 2009, March 10, 2009, April 6 (pulled from the agenda) and 7, 2009 <br /> City Manager <br /> 2. Approved Deferred Payment of City Development Impact Fees for Residential Developments <br /> 3. Public Hearing: Approved the Annual Action Plan for the Use of Federal Community <br /> Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Recovery (CDBG -R) Funds for Fiscal Year 2009 <br /> (2009 -10) <br /> Community Development <br /> 4. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission Cook Kallio <br /> recused from PADR -1979 <br /> Councilmember McGovern noted a condition was deleted regarding the noise ordinance, but <br /> confirmed with the City Manager that the ordinance would still need to be complied with, and asked <br /> that the minutes reflect this requirement. <br /> 5. Accepted public improvements and authorized the City Clerk to file a notice of completion for <br /> work performed by O'Grady Paving, Inc. for Resurfacing of Various City Streets, CIP No. <br /> 085003; and authorized payment of retention in the amount of $198,817.56 <br />
