Staff Recommendation <br />The staff feels that the proposed development would be appropriate <br />for the area in which it would be located. For this reason we <br />concur with the action taken by the Planning Commission on 1/9/85 <br />and recommend approval of case PUD -84 -21 subject to the all <br />conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2593, <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference and also <br />subject to the following condition: <br />That in the event the City constructs the 84 ft. wide <br />north /south street to the west of the subject property in <br />advance of the development of this project, the developer shall <br />reimburse the City for the entire cost of the eastern half of <br />that street along the frontage of the proposed project. This <br />obligation shall become null and void if the project is not <br />constructed. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Robert J.
