A representative for Civic Square Apartments provided the Commission with details of <br />the remodel plans. He advised that they had looked at "under- performing" areas of the <br />complex, different ways of enhancing the amenities and providing additional units, the <br />plans for taking their request to the Planning Commission within the next month, and the <br />benefits of adding additional units and making proposed changes. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Stark, seconded by Commissioner Harris, <br />recommending approval of the proposed Affordable Housing Agreement for a 12 -unit <br />addition to Civic Square Apartments.
