Reservation of Rights. Except as provided herein, Grantor hereby reserves for <br />itself and its successors and assigns the right to use the Property for any purpose not <br />inconsistent with this grant of easement. <br />Acceptance by Grantee. Grantee hereby accepts the casement herein granted, <br />consents to the limitations hereof, and agrees to the recordation of this Cirant. <br />Termination.
