DoucJlass & Anderson AN ASSOC(ATION actually transporting mineral products to or from Kaiser or traveling to or from Kaiser or the respective agents, officers, employees, contractors or representatives of Kaiser, its customers or any of the foregoing persons and/or entities while traveling to or from, or trans- porting mineral products to or from Kaiser (all of the above are referred to collectively herein as "Kaiser Traffic"); (b) Lone Star, its customers, persons and/or entities serving it and/or its customers, persons and/or entities actually transporting mineral products to or from Lone Star or traveling to or from Lone Star or the respective agents, officers, employees, con- tractors or representatives of Lone Star, its customers or any of the foregoing persons and/or entities while traveling to or from, or transporting mineral products to or from Lone Star (all of the above are referred to collectively herein as "Lone Star Traffic"); (c) Rhodes-Jamieson, its customers, persons and/or entities serving it and/or its customers, persons and/or entities actually transporting mineral products to or from Rhodes-Jamieson or traveling to or from Rhodes-Jamieson or the respective agents, officers, employees, contractors or representatives of Rhodes-Jamieson, its customers or any of the foregoing persons and/or entities while travel- ing to or from, or transporting mineral products to or from Rhodes-Jamieson (all of the above are referred to collectively herein as "Rhodes-Jamieson Traffic"). It is the intention of the parties to this Agreement that the present Stanley Boulevard Route be available during the Injunction Period in substantially the configuration it is in as of the date of this Agreement. 3.
