The licenses, <br />rights of way, and easements shall run with the <br />Rhodes-Jamieson Connecting Road property as a whole, <br />and with each parcel or subpart thereof (to the <br />extent such parcel or subpart is subject to the licenses, <br />rights of way, and easements) to the maximum extent <br />allowable under law. In each office where the title <br />to the Rhodes-Jamieson property (or any parcel or <br />subpart thereof subject to the licenses, rights of. <br />way, and easements) is recorded, the licenses,' <br />rights of way and/or easements each may be recorded <br />as encumbrances on the title to the Rhodes-jamieson <br />property (and/or such parcel or subpart thereof <br />which is subject to the licenses, rights of way and <br />easements). Notwithstanding any other provision of <br />this Agreement, Lone Star Traffic shall have no right <br />to use the Connecting Road prior to the expiration of <br />the Injunction Period. Nothing herein contained, how- <br />ever, shall preclude Rhodes-Jamieson from realigning Or <br />d~anging the physical location of the existing Connecting <br />Road at any time, provided, however, that such realign- <br />ment or change shall provide the substantial equivalent <br />of th~ existing Connecting Road in terms of safety and <br />economic impact on the Lone Star Traffic, and further <br />provided that Rhodes-Jamieson shall grant to or obtain <br /> <br /> -11- <br /> <br /> <br />
