SECTION 2. The Fire Inspector or the contractor, as the case may be, shall keep an <br />account of the cost of abatement for each separate parcel of land where the work is done and <br />shall submit to the City Council for consideration, hearing and/or objections, modification and <br />confirmation, an itemized written report showing the cost, all as more particularly described by <br />Government Code Section 39574. <br />SECTION 3. The weed abatement costs, including a 100% administrative fee, shall be <br />the responsibility of the property owner of the parcel of land where the work was done. <br />SECTION 4.
