FIRST AblENDb~NT TO REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN VALLEY BUSINESS ASSOCIATES AND SENTE <br />ASSOCIATES SEVEN AND THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 24th day of July, <br />1984, by and between VALLEY BUSINESS ASSOCIATES, a California general <br />partnership, and SENTE ASSOCIATES SEVEN,.a California general partner- <br />ship (hereinafter together referred to as "Valley"), and THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "City"). <br /> <br /> Section 1 of said agreement is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "1. Reimbursement. Valley agrees to reimburse City for up to <br />Fifty Thousand and no/100ths Dollars ($50,000.00) in costs to be <br />incurred in order to prepare and process a PUC application seeking <br />approval for the construction of the at-grade crossings on Valley <br />Avenue near Stanley Boulevard and Busch Road." <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEb~NT is entered <br />written. <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> a municipal corporation <br /> <br />By <br /> Kenneth R.
