CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-368 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING iMENDMENT TO REIMBURSEMENT <br />AGREEMENT WITH SENTE ASSOCIATES/VALLEY BUSINESS <br />ASSOCIATES FOR VALLEY AVENUE AT-GRADE PUC APPLI- <br />CATION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the amendment to the <br /> Reimbursement Agreement with Sente Associates/Valley <br /> Business Associates for the Valley Avenue At-Grade <br /> PUC application, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> amendment to agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES None ' KE E~R~/MAYO~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />~rTEST: ~Y/Cz <br /> ~.
