(a) To deliver the Rink Site free of debris to Licensee ten (10) days prior to opening day of each year during the Lease Tenn; (b) To coordinate with Liccnsce on extending utilities to the Rink Site at Licensor's sole cost and expense, which shall include, electricity (approximately 600 amp service), water, voice/data line, as well as usage and garbage scrviccs; (c) To provide free parking for customers on city owned or managed parking bts during cacti Kink Operational Period during the 'T'erm of this Agreement (d) l'o provide City of Pleasanton police services as needed during the Rink Operational 1-lours during the Term of this Agreement and provide security guards to protect the Rink Site seven days a week during non-operational hours during the Site Occupancy Dates each year during the Tenn of this Agreement (e) To provide Licensee free storage of all equipment, including mechanical and boards (but excluding the zmnboni), pertaining to the t Ioliday Rink during the periods of each year during the "term of this Agreement that the Holiday Rink is not in operation at one of the City's storage yards in Pleasanton; (t) Not to negotiate or contract with any other outdoor ice rink vendor, for a similar Floliday Outdoor Rink in Pleasanton or any surrounding County of Alameda surplus properties during the Term of this Agreement; (g) To provide Licensee with any and all necessary permits and or licenses necessary To operate the Rink during the Term of Agreement at Licensor's sole cost and expense; and (h) To provide Licensee the following marketing support during cacti year of the Term of this Agreement: (I) "fo provide names from Liccnsor's data base for Park and Community Services users, school databases and downtown merchants, as the same arc legally available; (Z) 'fo make available the Pleasanton Economic Development Director, Parks and Community scrviccs Director and staff to actively assist as an outreach coordinator to Liccnsce to promote the Holiday Rink to the public, including providing part-time staff assistance to elicit and promote group sales efforts, including Channel 30 interviews with City elected and staff officials and City Economic news releases from the City of Pleasanton Economic Development and Parks and Community Services departments; (3) "fo assist Licensee in promoting the Holiday Rink on Licensor owned and operated websitcs, newsletters, and or any other marketing materials; (4) To purchase a sponsorship package from Liccnsce for three (3) years, at a cost of Forty'fhousand Dollars ($40,000) per year of the License Term, which shall include the City of Pleasanton being advertised in a prominent manner relative to the Holiday Rink on all advertising and promotional materials Licensor shall receive from
